Order & Delivery Policy

At 71 Jewellery, every piece is crafted exclusively for you. We work with a made-to-order model to ensure the highest level of quality, attention to detail, and personalisation.

Production Time

All items are made to order and require 2–3 weeks for crafting and delivery.

Payment Terms

To begin production, a 50% upfront payment is required.
The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery.

Customisation

If you require size adjustments or special requests, our team will assist you prior to placing the order.

Delivery

Your jewellery will be securely packaged in our signature 71 Jewellery box and delivered with care. You will be notified once your order is ready.
